You are eligible for a refund if:
Within 10 Days : For 30 Days Plan
Within 30 Days : For 90 Days Plan
Within 30 Days : For 180 Days Plan

How much time it will take for a refund to be processed?
Once the request has been validated by our team, we will process your refund immediately. The amount will be credited to your original payment method within 4-5 business days, depending on your bank and payment method
In what cases Worksangam is not liable for any replacements/recovery/liability?
Employee leaving
Employee misconduct
Employee background verification
Employee criminal activities
Any benefits apart from what is mentioned in Performa Invoice (Note: Report any forgery in Performa Invoice / Tax Invoice by Worksangam Employee If Found Guilty will be terminated under Zero Tolerance Policy)
Amount Paid To Worksangam Employee Directly via Upi(G-pay, Phone-pe), Cash (Note: Report any such incidents, If Found Guilty Worksangam Employee will be terminated under Zero Tolerance Policy)

What is Worksangam Blacklisting Policy?
Any company which falls under the following categories is considered blacklisted:
Employers who are hiring for other employers without proper Mandate/Agreement/Letter Of Intent signed by both parties.
Freelancing For Other Companies without proper Mandate/Agreement/Letter Of Intent signed by both parties.
Employers who are charging money e.g. Registration Fees, Job Placement Fee or any form of Fees/Security Deposit/Exam fees etc.
Employers posting obscene jobs.
Employers posting jobs requiring personal favors.
Employers posting jobs involvement in human trafficking.
Employers posting any religious, sexual, or politically motivated jobs.
Employers posting any cross gender body massage therapists jobs.
Employers posting jobs to promote and sell products.
Employers attract candidates to work on Pyramid Schemes, Referral Commission Schemes or any form of online jobs which are involved in fradulent activities
Employers falsely mention the job details to attract candidates.
Employers spreading misinformation.
Employers selling database or information to other companies.
Giving of Cashbacks or Kickbacks To Worksangam Employees will lead to Account Restriction.
Employers posting jobs requiring personal favors.
Receiving of Cashbacks or Kickbacks From Worksangam Employees will lead to termination of Worksangam Employee.
